Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance
- Oversee and mentor a lean HR team (1-2 members), ensuring efficient HR service delivery
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement
- Advise leadership on HR best practices, policies, and employment legislation
- Build and maintain a strong company culture aligned with organizational values
- Lead change management and transformation initiatives where required
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the Telecommunications or IT industry
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading HR functions independently
- Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
