Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth
  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance
  • Oversee and mentor a lean HR team (1-2 members), ensuring efficient HR service delivery
  • Drive organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Advise leadership on HR best practices, policies, and employment legislation
  • Build and maintain a strong company culture aligned with organizational values
  • Lead change management and transformation initiatives where required

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the Telecommunications or IT industry
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leading HR functions independently
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
