Our client is an established Singapore headquartered company with a diverse portfolio of businesses and operations across multiple markets. It is seeking to appoint an experienced Head of Group Rewards to provide strategic leadership across its remuneration, performance and broader rewards agenda.
Responsibilities
Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will set the direction for reward and performance practices across the Group, ensuring they support business priorities, talent outcomes and appropriate governance. You will advise senior leaders on remuneration and incentive matters, oversee executive pay recommendations and key reward programmes, and provide leadership across areas including grading, job architecture and selected mobility and benefits matters. You will also identify opportunities to strengthen reward decision-making through better use of technology, data and workforce insights.
Requirements
You are a senior rewards professional with at least 15 years of relevant experience gained in a large and complex organisation. You bring deep expertise in compensation, performance and executive remuneration, together with the credibility to advise senior management and engage Board-level stakeholders. Strong commercial judgement, governance orientation and the ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and execution levels are essential. Experience across job architecture, benefits or international mobility will be advantageous.
