Head, Group Communication

Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for shaping narratives, building trust, and driving impact in healthcare Were looking for a Head of Group Communications to join our team and spearhead our communications strategy across the region.

This is a senior role, with responsibility for brand strategy, investor communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement, and digital presence. If you have been part of an IPO journey, that experience will be a distinct advantage in this role.

What Youll Do

• Lead communications strategy across internal and external channels, aligned with our healthcare vision.
• Act as spokesperson for media, public relations, and crisis communications.
• Strengthen investor relations by collaborating with Finance and the Executive team on announcements and performance messaging.
• Shape our brand and marketing to highlight our services, innovations, and community impact.
• Oversee digital platforms including social media and corporate website to build engagement and visibility.
• Ensure regulatory alignment, working closely with health authorities and government agencies.
• Inspire and grow a high-performing communications team that delivers with excellence.

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, with leadership roles in PR, branding, and investor relations.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly advantageous.
• Strong expertise in regulatory communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and media management skills.
• Proven ability to navigate complex environments and drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative leader who develops and empowers teams.
• IPO journey experience is a strong plus.
