Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Resource Mobilisation
. Develop and implement SCWO's fundraising strategy in alignment with organisational priorities and annual targets.
. Identify, cultivate, and secure funding from corporates, foundations, donors, and grant-making bodies.
. Lead corporate sponsorships, grant applications, and fundraising campaigns to support SCWO's programmes and advocacy initiatives.
. Establish and maintain systems to track fundraising performance, donor pipelines, and partnership outcomes.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
. Build and sustain strategic relationships with corporate partners, donors, foundations, government agencies, and communitypartners.
. Identify and cultivate long-term collaborations aligned with SCWO's mission and objectives.
. Ensure strong stewardship of donors and partners, including recognition, impact reporting, and ongoing engagement.
Charity Fundraising Events & Campaigns
. Plan, organise, and execute charity fundraising events and campaigns, including logistics, sponsorship engagement, marketing, and donor management.
. Coordinate internal teams including Marketing, Membership and Direct Services to maximise event impact, public visibility, and fundraising outcomes.
. Monitor event outcomes, assess effectiveness, and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
. Lead, mentor, and manage a team responsible for fundraising, partnerships, and event execution.
. Collaborate across departments to align fundraising and partnership efforts with SCWO's communications, advocacy, and programme objectives.
. Support performance management, professional development, and capacity-building within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
. A recognised degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, SocialSciences, or a related field.
. At least 7 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, corporate engagement, or business development, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership or head-of-function role.
. Proven track record in securing corporate sponsorships, grants, donor funding, or philanthropic support.
. Experience in planning and executing large-scale fundraising events or campaigns.
. Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
. Experience in the non-profit, social impact, or CSR sector is highly desirable.
. Open for Singaporean or PR only.
