We are currently seeking a Head, Corporate Finance to join our vibrant team at our Area Support Office in Singapore. As the Head of Corporate Finance, you will support the senior leadership team through providing financial decision-making information in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, the Head of Corporate Finance also has responsibility over the safeguarding of Company assets and maintaining good internal controls through adherence to Company financial policies.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Group Finance

  • Responsible for SEAP financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis across subsidiaries
  • Manage complex group structures, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and multiple ledger entries
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in all jurisdictions
  • Review and approve monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
  • Support SEAP budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
  • Coordinate statutory filings and audits across all jurisdictions, liaise with external auditors and advisors
  • Develop, implement and maintain group finance policies and procedures

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

  • Own group-wide cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management
  • Monitor daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts and currencies
  • Manage intercompany funding, cash pooling, and settlement of intercompany balances
  • Maintain and develop banking relationships across jurisdictions
  • Negotiate and manage banking facilities, guarantees, and funding arrangements
  • Manage foreign exchange and interest rate exposure and related hedging strategies
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments and treasury transactions

Leadership and People Management

  • Lead, manage, and develop the group finance and treasury team
  • Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development
  • Ensure effective workload management across multiple entities and reporting cycles
  • Foster collaboration between group finance, local finance teams, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Accounting or Business Degree, CPA or ACCA and equivalent
  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in Corporate Accounting and Group Consolidations
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints
  • Possess technically strong and good operational accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • To be a strategic and hands-on leader who is able to provide coaching and support to the team
  • Results driven, highly motivated and transformational leader
  • Ability to develop culture, build & strengthen teams and collaborate across the group in order to optimise profitability, staff retention and operational efficiencies
  • To manage diverse stakeholders in a multi-cultured environment.
  • Confident in discussion forums; able to represent ideas succinctly and convincingly
  • Well-versed in SAP will be preferred
