Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Yong Tau Foo dishes according to the stall's standards and recipes

  • Manage daily stall operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving customers

  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times

  • Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work area

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service

  • Ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a kitchen or food stall preferred

  • Passion for cooking and maintaining food quality

  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability

  • Good customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage stall operations

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

  • 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Other Details

  • up to $3200 (based on experience) with possibility of commission.

  • Meals provided during working hours

    Location is at woodleigh hawker centre
