Position: Head Chef (Western & Multi-Cuisine)
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and uphold the quality standards of our dishes.
Key Responsibilities
. Oversee daily kitchen operations
. Ensure food quality, consistency and hygiene standards
. Develop and improve menu items across multiple cuisines
. Train, lead and supervise the kitchen team
. Manage inventory, food cost and kitchen efficiency
. Ensure smooth and timely service during operations
Requirements
. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
. Strong leadership and team management skills
. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
. Excellent knowledge in Western cuisine ()
. Versatile and experienced in multiple cuisines, including:
. Chinese cuisine
. Western cuisine
. Filipino cuisine
. Malaysian cuisine
. Indian cuisine
. Passionate about food quality, presentation and innovation
. Able to start immediately will be an advantage
