Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute high-quality Italian dishes (pizza, pasta, sauces, etc.)

  • Manage daily kitchen operations independently with minimal supervision

  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

  • Handle inventory, stock ordering, and cost control

  • Lead and guide kitchen staff when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Italian cuisine

  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of kitchen operations

  • Strong passion for food quality and presentation

  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to feedback and satisfaction

  • Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with leadership capability and positive attitude
