Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute high-quality Italian dishes (pizza, pasta, sauces, etc.)
Manage daily kitchen operations independently with minimal supervision
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and food quality
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
Handle inventory, stock ordering, and cost control
Lead and guide kitchen staff when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Italian cuisine
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of kitchen operations
Strong passion for food quality and presentation
Customer-focused mindset with attention to feedback and satisfaction
Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with leadership capability and positive attitude
