What You'll Do
- Lead the team - guide and support kitchen staff in daily operations.

- Raise standards - ensure hygiene, prep efficiency, and consistency at every service.
- Keep service flowing - coordinate seamlessly with the front-of-house team.
- Grow talent - mentor and coach junior team members to level up their skills.
- Own the space - maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Mala cuisine or wok-cooking expertise (preferred but not mandatory).
