1 Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead and manage all aspects of our kitchen operations. In this role, you will set the culinary vision, oversee daily kitchen activities, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional performance.
Develop innovative menus that align with 1 Group's standards and brand identity.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets to achieve financial targets.
Collaborate with management on events, promotions, and new culinary initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.
Formal culinary qualification preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cost control practices.
Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
