Head Bartender

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Head Bartender to join our team.

As a head bartender, you will be responsible for creating unique and memorable experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include mixing and serving drinks, overseeing the bar operations, managing the bartender team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the bar inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all bar operations
• Train, supervise, and schedule bartending staff
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Maintain bar inventory and order supplies as needed
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Design and implement cocktail menus
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations
• Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
