Head Bartender

Looking for highly skilled bartenders with great personality to interact and interface with customers. Requirements are as follows:

- Previous/Current role in a senior bar capacity

- Managing a team of staff and being a mentor to them

- Thorough beverage knowledge to be able to conduct trainings in venue

- Creativity to be able to curate interesting and progressive cocktail program

- Good knowledge in Sake and/or Wine

- Ordering experience to hit financial goals and targets on the Cost of Goods side

- Sales experience to hit financial goals and targets on the Beverage Revenue side

- Inventory management and weekly control of stock

- Highly Personable in interactions and engagement with customers

- Team player willing to go above and beyond

- Fun and lively

- Able to exemplify the image and vibe of the restaurant/bar
