Head Barista, to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Lead coffee operations and ensure consistent beverage quality.
- Train and mentor baristas on brewing techniques and service.
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the bar area.
- Innovate and introduce seasonal or signature coffee creations.
- Monitor inventory and place orders for supplies.
- Engage with guests to enhance their coffee experience.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Support overall Lobby Lounge operations when needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of barista experience, with leadership exposure.
- Deep knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Passion for coffee and guest service excellence.
- Familiarity with barista equipment maintenance.
- Ability to train and inspire junior staff.
- Flexible with shifts and public holidays.
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
