Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during operating hours
Maintain and calibrate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
Monitor coffee bean quality, freshness, and proper storage
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally
Build rapport with regular customers and enhance overall caf experience
Ensure service efficiency during peak hours
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bar supplies
Coordinate ordering with suppliers and control wastage
Assist management in cost control and stock reconciliation
Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed
Prepare operational reports when required
Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Ensure adherence to company SOPs and brand standards
Comply with Singapore food hygiene and safety regulations.
