Lead and mentor the FOH team, providing on-the-job training in product knowledge, beverage preparation, customer service, and daily caf operations.
Prepare all orders according to the Company's standards and maintaining the quality and consistency of the products
Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries and feedback effectively.
Build customer relations to create an elevated and hospitable Caf experience.
Working collaboratively with other team members, proactively communicating regarding the Caf operations and sharing ideas to elevate the Caf experience.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and inclusive environment that encourages customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
Monitor and manage inventory for ingredients and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper storage.
Regular maintenance and care of the caf equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Support the creation and testing of new drink recipes to keep the menu innovative and aligned with customer preferences.
Work with the Caf Manager and Marketing Team to support promotional activities, gather customer feedback and recommend product improvements based on sales trend
