Roles & Responsibilities

• Research Strategy & Development: Drive research planning and initiatives to strengthen performance, impact, and collaboration.
• Grant & Funding Management: Oversee grant sourcing, application support, award administration, and post-award management.
• Research Operations: Lead and enhance research support processes, systems, and services to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management, internal teams, research centres, and external partners to support research initiatives and funding opportunities.
• Performance & Resource Planning: Analyse research performance and output, support budgeting and financial projections, and align operational resources with strategic priorities.

Key Requirements

• Recognised Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in research administration, grant sourcing and pre- and post-award management.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
