HCM Functional on T&M basis:Core HR & Talent Management module.

Description

We are seeking an experienced HCM Functional Consultant to join our team on a Time & Materials basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core HR and Talent Management modules, with extensive experience in implementing and managing HCM systems. This role requires collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize HR processes and enhance system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Core HR and Talent Management modules in HCM systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on HR systems and processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR functions.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in HCM Functional roles, specifically focusing on Core HR and Talent Management modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Experience with HCM software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
