Salary Range
SGD 7,000 per month + Annual Commissions +VB + Transport Allowances $500
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in hazardous/toxic waste management.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships across industrial, marine, and commercial sectors.
- Lead end-to-end business development activities, including proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to deliver compliant, client-focused solutions.
- Stay ahead of environmental regulations (NEA, IMO, Basel Convention) and ensure offerings are aligned.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and high-level client engagements.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline updates to management.
- Gather and share market intelligence and competitor insights.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record in sales/business development, with background in hazardous waste management.
- Strong knowledge of environmental compliance and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
