Manage the day-to-day hawker centre operations, including stall operations, cleanliness, tenant coordination, equipment functionality, and crowd control.
Supervise on-ground team members including cleaners, cashiers and security.
Monitor and maintain service and food quality.
Ensure strict adherence to NEA and SFA hygiene and food safety regulations.
Assist in cost management
Provide regular operational reports to the management, highlighting issues, improvements, and performance metrics.
