Hawker Center Executive (NGHC)

We are looking for a capable candidate to assist to oversee a New Generation hawker Center's operations. The candidate is expected to execute excellent F&B establishment dining experience to customers while managing the given resources efficiently. He/she is to execute our company's policy and will be an important piece during this expansion period.

Expected Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage of one Hawker Center
• Provide excellent dining satisfaction to all the diners and tenants
• Managing and liaising with stall tenants on policy issues
• Enforcement of company policies
• Lead and motivate a team of floor staff
• Monitoring 3rd parties cleaning contractors
• Conduct daily Inspection and monitor improvement work
• Conduct proper maintenance on establishment's M&E provision

What it takes:

• Able to converse in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
• A strong and firm leader
• A hands on person
• Hard working and a team player
• At least 1 years relevant experience
• 5.5 days work week
