Job Description:
We are looking for a sales-driven and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Live-Streaming Host & Retail Assistant. This role combines in-store retail responsibilities with engaging live-streaming to promote our footwear products and enhance customer engagement both online and offline.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Execute daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct live broadcasts on platforms like TikTok, providing engaging and informative content to attract and retain viewers.
- Showcase footwear products, highlighting features, benefits, and selling points to generate interest and drive sales.
- Interact with viewers professionally and in a timely manner through comments, likes, and live chat.
- Maintain a consistent tone and image that aligns with the brand during live sessions.
- Ensure live streams are lively, interactive, and enjoyable to enhance audience engagement.
- Understand the brand, products, and target customer demographics.
- Multitask effectively while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist with inventory management and in-store merchandising.
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented with a passion for retail and online engagement.
- Good command of English additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience experience in talent, hosting, or content creation is a bonus.
- Natural on camera and comfortable with livestreaming.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking, and eloquent.
- Passion for presenting, reviewing, and promoting footwear products.
- Interested in becoming a committed livestream host.
- Ability to work independently and commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fashion and lifestyle awareness is a plus.
