IT Hardware Tester (Permanent Role)

5-Day Work Week | No Shift Work | Stable Career Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Test, troubleshoot and repair IT hardware, including servers, networking equipment, computers and related components.
Configure products according to customer requirements.
Investigate and document testing discrepancies and hardware issues.
Provide technical support and work with Operations, Inventory, Supply Chain and Sales teams to resolve product-related concerns.
Maintain compliance with ESD, quality, safety and environmental standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience in IT hardware testing, troubleshooting or repair (Dell or HP equipment preferred).
Hands-on technical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
Positive team player with a proactive mindset.
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
SAP or SAP ByDesign experience is a plus.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Able to lift up to 16kg (35 lbs).
