Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of hardware test boards: complete scheme design, component selection, schematic drawing, external PCB manufacturing, and board testing
- Collaborate with chip designers to output recommended working circuits for optical chips and be responsible for part of the customer technical support work
- Write, organize, and output hardware-related engineering documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics and information, circuits and systems, automation, communications, or related fields
- Prior experience in multi-channel (8 channels or more) and multi-layer PCB RF high-speed (3dB bandwidth of 30GHz or higher) trace simulation design is preferred
- Prior experience in developing hardware circuits for optical chip evaluation test boards or optical modules is preferred
- Prior experience in packaging optical modules or optical components is preferred
- Excellent communication, learning, and problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a good team spirit
