Handyman / General Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman / General Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our showroom, warehouse, and related facilities and contracted jobs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, responsible, and able to carry out general repair and maintenance work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general repair and maintenance works for showroom, warehouse, and office areas

• Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and patch-up works

• Assemble, install, and repair furniture, shelving, fixtures, and fittings

• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend practical solutions

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in good condition

• Assist with moving, dismantling, and setup of furniture and display items

• Coordinate with external contractors when required

• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out safely and neatly

• Support ad hoc operational and maintenance-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work

• Able to use common hand tools and power tools safely

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently

• Positive attitude and willing to support different maintenance needs

• Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage

Preferred Skills

• Experience in furniture assembly and repair

• Experience working in retail, showroom, warehouse, or commercial environments

• Ability to identify maintenance issues quickly and solve them effectively

Working Hours

• 6 days work week

• Working hours to be discussed during interview

Salary

S$3,500 to S$4,500 per month
Salary will depend on experience and skill level.
