- Registered or enrolled nurse with an existing SNB Licence
- Clinic assistant with specialist clinic experience

- At least one year of relevant work experience is preferred (ie. orthopaedics, surgical, specialist clinic)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the required level of Standard of procedures, policy and practices as well as patient care and experience
- Assisting the doctor during consultation
- Assist with in-clinic procedures and surgical procedures
- Handling administrative processes for patients who require surgery / procedure (bookings, financial counselling, etc)
- Provides patient education and dispensing of medication / consumables independently
- Administrative tasks such as patient registration and interview, maintaining accurate patient medical records, scheduling of appointments and cashiering
- Working closely with team members to discuss, prepare and execute daily operational plan to ensure smooth patient flow and achieve high level of patient satisfaction
- To maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedule and time off policies
- Be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments
- Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically
