- Chemical Services: Mix and apply hair coloring, bleaching, perming, and chemical straightening treatments safely.
- Scalp & Hair Care: Administer specialized treatments, shampoos, and deep-conditioning therapies.
- Product Sales: Advise clients on home-care routines and upsell salon-exclusive retail products.
- Station Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and organize personal tools, chairs, and work areas between clients.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a loyal client base through positive interactions and rebooking reminders.
