Job Summary

Provide professional hair services (cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments) while delivering excellent customer service. Maintain hygiene standards, recommend suitable services/products, and help achieve salon sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult clients on desired looks, hair condition, and suitable styles.

• Perform hair cutting, trimming, washing, blow-drying, and styling.

• Provide chemical services where trained/approved (e.g., coloring, bleaching, perming, rebonding).

• Recommend hair treatments and aftercare, and educate clients on maintenance.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment sterilize tools properly.

• Manage appointments efficiently and minimize waiting time.

• Upsell salon services and retail products ethically to meet targets.

• Handle client feedback professionally and support service recovery when needed.

• Keep records (e.g., color formulas, treatment history) when required.

• Support salon operations: opening/closing duties, stock checks, and replenishment.

• Follow workplace safety policies and relevant regulations/standards.
