Key Responsibilities

. Perform consultation and expert execution of hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and custom color treatments.

. Provide professional hair care rituals, including deep conditioning, scalps treatments, and smoothing/keratin care.

. Deliver precision hair cutting, blow-drying, and styling tailored to individual client requests.

. Assess diverse hair types and textures to recommend suitable styles, maintenance routines, and professional home care products.

. Build and maintain positive relationships with regular and new clientele to ensure high customer satisfaction.

. Maintain salon hygiene, safety standards, and cleanliness across workstations.

Requirements & Qualifications

. Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting.

. Strong expertise in color formulation, highlight placement, and current cutting techniques.

. Experience working with thick, wavy, and dense hair textures is an advantage to serve our primary client base effectively.

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

. Ability to work effectively in a team environment during peak salon hours.
