Responsibilities

. Provide scalp treatments and related services such as washing, blowing and drying, etc.

. Undergo training to be well versed in all types of treatments, products, machines & equipment and promotions offered by outlet from time to time.

. Be Customer Service oriented with ability to respond to queries on treatments and products.

. willing to work hard for individual sales and company sales target

. Establish and build strong relationship with the customer

. Provide the right solution to the customer by consulting, listening and applying technical know-how . Understand the fundamentals of sales and hair care and constantly strive to improve skills by learning and researching in the field . Work as a team with the other members

. Impart knowledge to new team members and enjoy shared learning. Requirements

. Good interpersonal skills with strong communication ability[chinese,english and dialect]

. Candidates with hair/sales background will be an advantage
