Hair Stylist

Main Responsibilities

※Customer Consultation & Design

- Analyze the customer's head shape, face shape, hair condition, and lifestyle

- Provide customized design proposals before services such as haircuts, perms, and coloring

- Offer aftercare guidance and styling coaching following treatments

※Hair Services

- Perform haircuts, perms, coloring, and treatments

- Select appropriate products based on hair condition and minimize hair damage during procedures

- Operate scalp and hair care programs

※Customer Management

- Manage returning customers and build long-term client relationships

- Maintain service records and handle customer concerns

- Ensure high service quality to improve customer satisfaction

※Teamwork & Salon Operations

- Participate in internal training and Jo:Hwa education programs

- Maintain salon service standards and brand values

- Contribution to Brand Growth

- Collaborate on SNS content and styling photo shoots

- Develop signature services and build personal portfolios

※Qualifications & Requirements

- Relevant professional license or certification holder

- Minimum 3 years of experience preferred

- 2-year contract required

- Basic English communication skills
