Hair Salon Staff

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing a long-term strategy and vision for the hair salon that leads
• to the creation of the salon's value in order to expand business in Singapore
• Interview, hire and train salon staff in procedure, policy and health regulations
• Provides skill training to the current, incoming local staff and pre & post graduate ITE students for their progress and future independence.
• Assist the Director to achieve the monthly profit and maintain and increase number of customers.

Requirement:

• 5 years for managerial position's experience in Beauyt salon or barber salon
• Proven skills of hair cutting
• Experience that acquired new customers and built the relationship with them in Hair salon
• Deep knowledge of latest hair styling
• Strong understanding of hairstyle trends and hair salon business.
• Working in Japanese hair salon is highly advantage
• Good command of Japanese enough to directly communicate with Japanese customers in Singapore
