Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HairSalon Operations Executive to manage daily salon operations, ensuring efficient workflows, excellent customer service, and effective team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations to maintain efficiency and uphold high service standards
- Coordinate staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and workflow management to optimize team performance
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build a skilled salon team
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment
- Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery to enhance client satisfaction
- Enforce compliance with company policies, hygiene protocols, and safety standards to maintain a safe environment
- Assist in tracking sales data, generating reports, and monitoring performance metrics to support business goals
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase salon visibility and customer engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, F&B, or salon operations
- Proficient organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Working Hours
- 5-6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays as required
- Shift work may be required
