Salon Manager
..Minimum 5 years of relevant hair experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of the overall management and profitability of the assigned outlet.
- Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
- Oversee and assist in operational matters.
- Performs advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
- Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
- Upsells clients on products and services.
- Lead team with exceptional customer service.
- Train a highly effective team committed to achieving set targets.
- Develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.
- Make sure good housekeeping are practiced and maintained at all times.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
