Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Hair Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, ensure excellent service standards, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service quality, and creating a positive experience for every client.Key Responsibilities

1. Salon Operations

  • Oversee daily salon activities and ensure smooth operations
  • Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in flow
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations
  • Handle opening and closing procedures

2. Team Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate hairstylists and support staff
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
  • Conduct training and onboarding for new hires
  • Foster a positive and professional team culture

3. Customer Experience

  • Ensure high standards of customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business

4. Sales & Business Growth

  • Monitor daily sales and performance targets
  • Upsell salon services and retail products
  • Plan and execute promotions or campaigns
  • Track inventory and manage product ordering

5. Financial & Administrative Duties

  • Handle cash flow, POS transactions, and daily reporting
  • Monitor expenses and control costs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, staff commissions, and stock

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a salon/spa management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of hair services, trends, and products
  • Sales-driven mindset with customer service excellence
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and scheduling tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in hairdressing or beauty-related field
  • Experience managing a team
  • Knowledge of marketing or social media promotions
