John Hair Salon is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hair Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, responsible, and capable of maintaining high service standards while ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily salon operations
- Supervise staff, including scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle enquiries or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional salon standards
- Monitor sales, appointments, and daily cash handling
- Manage inventory of salon products and supplies
- Promote salon services and retail products
- Ensure staff discipline, grooming, and service quality
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Company
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in salon or beauty industry
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and handle daily operations
- Well-groomed, responsible, and professional
Working Hours
- 5.5 days per week
- Able to commit on weekends and public holidays, as required
