Responsibilities:
. Manage day-to-day operations at a designated branch
. Attending to inquiries and providing comprehensive scalp and hair analysis
. Perform tailored treatments and professional consultations for homecare
. Possess strong leadership qualities and ensure all staff adhere to the company's standard operating procedures and uphold the highest standard of customer service at all times
. To handle customer's inquiries and feedback professionally
. To lead and maintain good morale amongst staff and ensure smooth operations
. Recommend seasonal promotions and discount packages to increase our clientele
Requirements:
. Work experience as a Hair Salon Assistant Manager or Superviosor role in the beauty industry
. 5 years of prior experience in managing of Hair-salon and hairdressing skills
. Service-oriented with leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills
. Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage shifts and appointments
. Able to commit to retail hours
