Assist in treatment procedures such as hair/scalp therapy or product application.

Educate clients on home care and long-term hair solutions.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Support the team in achieving monthly sales and service goals.
Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment.

Willingness to work night shift and split shift.

Willingness to work extra hours or weekend if needed.
