Introduce customers to promotions, membership programs, and new offerings, enhancing customer engagement and retention.
Ensure that all services and consultations are delivered according to customer requirements, achieving high satisfaction levels.
Manage customer schedules, track appointments, and ensure preparation for upcoming sessions.
Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing products, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
