For Branch Managers:
- Personal & Overriding commission (Uncapped) + Sales incentives
- 6 days off per month
- Working hours: 9 hours per shift
- Location: Island Wide / Near MRT Stations
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-8 staff to meet personal and outlet KPIs.
- Track performance against KPIs and implement improvements.
- Handle daily operations including customer complaints, staff motivation, coaching, and paperwork.
- Manage staff responsibilities while performing hair treatments when necessary.
- Schedule employee shifts and oversee annual leaves/medical leaves.
- Train and develop staff to maximize performance and efficiency.
For Hair Consultants:
- 6 days off per month
- Working hours: 9 hours per shift
- Location: Island Wide / Near MRT Stations
Responsibilities
- Conduct scalp analysis and perform hands-on treatment.
- Promote and sell hair care treatments and products.
- Build rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements for Branch Managers / Hair Consultants
- Relevant sales experience in haircare or beauty line.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in MANDARINand English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
