The job required high physical intensive and have basic knowledge of safety working.

Are able to understand instructions and willing to do anything which include labor intensive job like hacking and moving of cement.

Knowledge of arranging job and communicate with workers in different nationality, job process of renovation as which work need to start first to last item of the renovation.

Long hours of work sometimes when client call need to be down it may be a Saturday or Sunday. No extra hours will be calculated.
