Maintenance of Gym users/visitors records and undertaking administrative tasks
Maintenance of records/schedule of Gym Usages and incident reports.
Maintenance of the Gym safety equipment and dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
Verify and validate the work hours clocked in by the student trainers.
Ensuring staff are qualified and up to-date with Standard First Aid and CPR+AED certifications and Basic Sports Science Course (BSSC)/Certified Personal Trainer or equivalent qualifications.
Ensure staff are physically fit and they should possess exemplary customer service.
