✈ Guest Service Officer
Location: Changi Airport
Salary: $2,400 - $2,600++
Work Schedule:
Option 1:
A Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
B Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
C Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am
(6 working days, 8 hours per shift)
Option 2:
A Shift: 7:30am - 5:00pm
B Shift: 1:00pm - 10:30pm
C Shift: 10:00pm - 7:30am
(5 working days, 9.5 hours per shift)
Rest Days: 4 or 8 days per month
Job Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Attend to guests daily needs and requests.
Engage and interact with guests to create memorable experiences.
Job Requirements:
No experience required (training provided).
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Positive attitude with a friendly and patient personality.
Service-oriented and a good team player.
