Generate and review daily reports to reconcile guest bookings against reservation correspondences alert the Reservations team to follow up on any discrepancies.
Liaise with the Housekeeping team to coordinate room status updates, including requests for early check-ins, late check-outs, special arrangements, or VIP room assignments.
Manage lost and found items in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Verify cash float accuracy at the start and end of each shift.
Provide support for official events and functions organized by the Centre.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE O level or equivalent
No prior experience is required, training will be provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Service oriented with a passion to serve
Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
