Job Description

  • Generate and review daily reports to reconcile guest bookings against reservation correspondences alert the Reservations team to follow up on any discrepancies.
  • Liaise with the Housekeeping team to coordinate room status updates, including requests for early check-ins, late check-outs, special arrangements, or VIP room assignments.
  • Manage lost and found items in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Verify cash float accuracy at the start and end of each shift.
  • Provide support for official events and functions organized by the Centre.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O level or equivalent
  • No prior experience is required, training will be provided
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service oriented with a passion to serve
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
