Your Role

As a Guest Service Crew member, you'll be the heart of the Onsen experience - making every guest feel welcomed, relaxed,and well taken care of.

What You'll Do:

. Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them throughout their visit

. Ensure all guests have valid entry tags before entering the Onsen

. Maintain presentation standards: Fold Yukata, Obi, and towels neatly to company standardKeep thedressing areas and Onsen counter tidy and well-stocked

. Reset shower areas, wipe floors, and maintain overall cleanliness

. Educate guests on spa etiquette and proper use offacilities

. Monitor guest safety and ensure house rules are followed

. Handle laundry items and track towel inventory

. Support housekeeping and upkeep of service areas

What We're Looking For

. Part-Time: 3-4 working days per week, minimum 6 - 8 hours per shift
. Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
. Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented
. Eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment
