Guest Service Agent - Wardrobe (Uniform)

JOB SCOPE

• Sort Team Members uniforms and place them on conveyor belt system for them to retrieve.
• Ensure that uniforms are organized correctly and neatly at designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and adequacy of uniform inventory.
• Assist at the Wardrobe Counter and attend to any queries or request from Team Members/guest.
• Provide prompt response to internal and external stakeholders so as to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures at all time.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in laundry environment.
• Able to stand and walk for long hours.
• Able to perform basic sewing (e.g. sewing of buttons).
• Excellent organizational skills with eye for detail.
• Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to odd shift hours, inclusive of weekends and PH.
