Job Description

Ibis Styles MacPherson - An International Brand hotel under Accor hotels.

  • Handle operations of front line duties at front desk.
  • Multitasking in guest services for room deliveries.
  • Responsible for the daily cashiering and to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service.
  • Responsible for Information desk activities (including guest queries, information, mail and messages.
  • Identify the person to whom he/she is speaking, the subject of the request and direct the guest accordingly.
  • Friendly person with the passion for guest services.
  • Training provided and career opportunities in hotel industry.
