Job Summary
As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in creating a warm and memorable hotel experience. You will handle guest enquiries with confidence, provide timely solutions, and deliver service excellence that reflects our hotel's standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
- Ensure all reservations are entered accurately and promptly into the system
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care`
- Anticipate guests needs and go the extra mile to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Follow up on email and online enquiries in a timely manner
- Work closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Report directly to the Hotel Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / College Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Entry-level candidates with strong interest in Hotel Management / Tourism Services are welcome to apply
