Job Description

Job Summary

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a key role in creating a warm and memorable hotel experience. You will handle guest enquiries with confidence, provide timely solutions, and deliver service excellence that reflects our hotel's standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
  • Ensure all reservations are entered accurately and promptly into the system
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and care`
  • Anticipate guests needs and go the extra mile to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Follow up on email and online enquiries in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Report directly to the Hotel Manager

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A-Level / College Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Entry-level candidates with strong interest in Hotel Management / Tourism Services are welcome to apply
  • Pleasant personality, good communication skills, and a genuine passion for customer service
