We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join our team!
As a Guest Relations Officer at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, you will deliver professional and timely guest services to create memorable experiences and support smooth Guest Relations operations at our international beachfront resort.
As the Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests to ensure high guestsatisfaction
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes accurately to maintain efficientfront desk operations
- Communicate clearly and engage effectively with international and domestic guests to enhance guest relations
- Support daily Guest Relations operations to maintain smooth and efficient service delivery
- Apply knowledge of guest loyalty programs to assist guests and contribute toloyalty score improvements
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and memorable hotel experience for all guests
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience in hospitality, preferably within hotel or resort environments
- Exposure to guest loyalty programs and their administration
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and Public holiday
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills developed through interaction with diverse international and domestic travellers
