We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to join our team!
As the Guest Relations Officer, we rely on you to:
- Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores
- Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations Operation
- Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
- Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
- Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests
We are looking for someone who:
- Preferably has relevant hospitality experience, preferably in the hotel/resort environment
- Has strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travelers, as our resort is an international destination
- Has experiences in guest loyatly program
- Wiling to do shift work
