To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Front Office Department. Reporting to the Senior Front Office Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Responsibilities

• Provide total guest support.
• Responsible for welcoming and checking in and out of guests to the Hotel.
• Managing guest enquiries and providing information of hotel to guests
• whenever applicable.
• Act as key liaison between the customers and the Hotel in delivering total
• customer satisfactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Attentive to details. Service oriented and a team player.
• Conversant in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage.
